How to use:

  1. Test our product for at least 60 days from the delivery date, but not more than 90 days.
  2. You need to complete at least 2 treatments per week, take a photo of the areas you are treating before each session.
  3. If there are no noticeable results, contact us with your order number, as well as the pictures.
  4. All applications for a 90-day money back guarantee need to be submitted within 90 days of receipt of your device.
  5. All images need time and date stamps.
  6. Unfortunately, if your application does not meet our criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible receivables will not be repaid.
  7. If the claim is approved, we will refund you the purchase price for the handset (at the time of ordering), when the device has been returned to our warehouse *.
